How to Make Data Subject Requests for California Residents Under the CCPA

To learn more about your individual rights under the CCPA as a California resident, please review our Privacy Policy.

For Bryan University students who are residents of California, the following types of California Consumer data requests can be submitted to support@bryanuniversity.edu or you may call 888-768-6861:

  • Requests to Know
  • Deletion Requests
  • Correction Requests

To review your student financial transactions, or to request your academic or educational information under FERPA, please login to you Bryan University Portal account. To review information submitted on your FAFSA, please login to FAFSA.

Do Not Sell or Share Requests

While we do not disclose Personal Information to third parties in exchange for monetary compensation, certain disclosures of Personal Information by us may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under the CCPA, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

To opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information, please email support@bryanuniversity.edu or click the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of our website to opt out using the cookies Preference Center. Note that by using our Preference Center, you may also opt out of or change your preferences for most cookies and tags on our Sites, except those that are “necessary” to the proper functioning of our Sites.
