With their direction and support, we align our students’ educational experiences with practical skills so that upon graduation, they are prepared for job opportunities in their chosen careers.

    Dr. Banks is the Co-Founder of International Learning, a consulting firm specializing in higher education. He has served in senior leadership roles, including Campus President at Argosy University, Provost at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, Associate Provost at Western Governors University, and is an experienced Accreditation Liaison Officer. Dr. Banks has a PhD in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in technology management. He has successfully guided institutions through various forms of accreditation—institutional, national, and programmatic—covering both initial accreditation and candidacy phases. His extensive experience encompasses institutional effectiveness, assessment of student learning, strategies for retention and progression, and management of complex academic and financial environments. With a practical approach, he excels at aligning academic quality, student success, and financial sustainability with accreditation standards.

    Mr. Evans is the Chief Marketing Officer at Bryan University. Mr. Evans holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Mr. Evans has served in higher education for 18 years in marketing and higher education administration roles. Prior to Bryan University, Mr. Evans worked as a California CPA with Deloitte serving clients across several industries including manufacturing, technology, and the nonprofit sector.

    Mr. Sloan is the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Ensign College in Utah. Mr. Sloan is a partner in Wasatch Education Reserve, LLC and Founder/Executive Vice President at DeXL, LLC. Formerly, Mr. Sloan was the Director of the International Employment Initiative where he launched 210 resource centers worldwide in 54 countries for the purpose of helping people obtain jobs, enroll in vocational schools, and have access to micro credit and business training. Prior to his experiences in humanitarian work, Mr. Sloan worked in the consumer packaged goods industry with significant P&L responsibilities. Mr. Sloan has a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in History/English from Brigham Young University. Mr. Sloan attended Harvard Business School’s Postgraduate Studies in Strategy Development.

    Mr. Christopher has a Masters in Educational Leadership from the Broad Residency in Urban Education, and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He currently is Partner and Chief Finance & Revenue Officer at Education First Consulting, where he leads the firm’s finance, business development, analytics and technology teams.

    Mr. Lewis is the Managing Principal of HEB Advisors, LLC, where he provides strategic leadership for one of the region’s premier public accounting firms. He joined the firm as a Partner in 2001 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2019. In this role, he oversees firm administration, client service strategy, and the continued development of practice areas across tax, audit, and advisory services. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his master’s degree in accounting in 1993 and has since built more than three decades of experience in public practice, tax planning, and firm leadership. He serves as a Board Member for Utah Industries for the Blind, and he sits on the Board of First Utah Bank, where he is also the Audit Committee Chairman.

    After holding C-suite positions in privately held and publicly traded companies and at a major non-profit association, Ms. Potter returned to higher education, capping her career as president of California’s second largest, private, non-profit institution. During her presidency, she led the institution to its four greatest years of growth. She has over 35 years of higher education experience. She is active in accreditation matters with the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), serving as the longest-tenured member of its standing Eligibility Review Committee, chairing visiting teams, and served on the WSCUC Commission Appeals Review panel. She also serves as the first Vice Chair of the largest non-profit education system in the country with seven affiliate institutions. She serves on the Executive Committee, chairs the Committee on Academic Collaboration and serves on the Finance, Audit & Investment Committee. Ms. Potter holds a BA, MA, and MBA and held a graduate Fellowship in Historical Editing at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

    Mr. Winters is a Humanitarian Specialist having worked in international areas including Bosnia/Herzegovina, New Zealand, Germany, and Indonesia to oversee and direct emergency response and humanitarian projects including educational, health care, clean water, mobility initiatives, and emergency services designed to help individuals, families and organizations achieve greater independence and self-reliance. Formerly, Mr. Winters was responsible for the overall operations of Deseret Industries and LDS Employment Services for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mr. Winters has a Master of Science Degree in Economics/Human Resource Management from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, also from the University of Utah. Mr. Winters is a PhD Candidate in Educational Psychology. His research interests are labor economics and job training/vocational rehabilitation for disabled and disadvantaged individuals. Mr. Winters is Board Chair/Member of Utah Industries for Blind, Board Chair/Member Amanaki Fo’ou – Diabetes Prevention Pacific Area, President Utah Rehabilitation Association, and Board Member of Utah Workforce Services.
