  • Demonstrate compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Review financial records to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns
  • Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses 
  • Use sales and marketing strategies to work with clients to understand their tax needs and represent them effectively
