If you have completed your program during January - June 2024 you will attend the Fall Commencement Ceremony.
Be sure to check the email you have on file with BU one to two weeks after you finish your program for a message from the Registrar’s Office with the subject line Bryan University- Graduation. Once you respond to the Registrar’s email to confirm your name and address, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to receive your diploma. If you do not respond to this email, your diploma will not be ordered.
For any questions about confirming your information, changing your name or address, or receiving your diploma, please refer to the Registrar’s Office email. If you cannot locate the email, please contact registrar@bryanuniversity.edu.

StageClip is a company that specializes in creating stunning, personalized clips for your commencement ceremony! This allows you as a student to upload a video, photo, and personalized message/quote which will be displayed during the commencement ceremony.

Looking to order a cap and gown for commencement? Jostens and Amazon carry cap and gowns for all candidates. Please note this is an optional item and is not required.
For Bachelor Degree graduates, your gown color is black. For Certificate and Associate Degree graduates, your gown color is royal blue.
For Master Degree Graduates, your gown is black with closed sleeves featuring arm slits. Master of Public Health Graduates’ hoods will have a salmon band color, with a navy lining, and a white chevron.

If you do have a pending balance on your account, you should have already received an email directly from the Business Office to confirm how best to establish an action plan with you that meets your needs.

Yes you are eligible to participate in commencement! We celebrate you at every stage. Examples are as follows: You’ve completed the certificate program but are enrolled in the associate degree program or you’ve completed the associate degree program and are enrolled in the bachelor degree program.
