About Alison Bellais, NASM-CPT
Alison Bellais has been actively involved in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and currently shares her wide scope of expertise with students studying Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science at Bryan University. She has served as a personal fitness trainer, fitness director, general manager of a full-service club, and has operated her own training studio and in-home training business. She has coached hundreds of clients to reach their personal health and fitness goals, and has consulted with numerous clubs to develop successful business operations, with a focus on marketing, sales, staffing and budgeting. Alison obtained her master’s in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of San Francisco and her bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education from Oregon State University, before training under some of the biggest names in the industry, including the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association’s first national fitness director of the year.
